Pre-enrolment and Registration Update For the 2025-26 School Year

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION

If your child is new to Edmonton Public Schools, you can register for school online. Visit the Division website to learn how to register for school.

If you have questions about registering, contact the school office by email at anneanderson@epsb.ca.

CURRENT DIVISION STUDENTS PRE-ENROL

You will need to pre-enrol on SchoolZone to tell us the school you’d like your child to attend next year. Find important dates and deadlines and learn more about pre-enrolment, which opens at 8 a.m. on February 3. Pre-Enrolment closes on March 19th at 4:00 pm.

Pre-enrolment and Registration Update For the 2024-25 School Year

For the 2024 - 2025 school year, Dr. Anne Anderson High School is full in planned classes in Grades 10 to 12 in both the regular and Advanced Placement programs. For the regular program only, we will now only accept resident students in Grades 10 to 12 whose parent(s)/legal guardian(s) have newly moved into the school’s attendance area. A resident student of Edmonton Public Schools has at least one parent or legal guardian living in Edmonton who is not Roman Catholic. Non-resident students can enrol in another Division school with space in planned classes. For the Advanced Placement program, we will no longer accept enrolment requests for these grade levels in this program.

We welcome all future Dr. Anne Anderson High School families to view our 2024-25 Course Guide and Course Planner. We are proud to offer a diverse array of programming to support our students' education. Please use these two documents when planning which courses your student will enroll in next year. Do you have questions about your students' registration and course planning? Please email us at anneanderson@epsb.ca to connect with one of our team members.

If you are new to Edmonton Public Schools, you must register online.

Attendance Area Decision

The following neighbourhoods are in the attendance area for Dr. Anne Anderson School:

  • all Heritage Valley neighbourhoods
  • Edmonton South West and Edmonton South Central annexation areas*

* These areas are included in the attendance area for now, but as communities in the area begin to develop, this may change.

Getting To School

Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) is the preferred transportation method for high school students. However, if ETS does not meet Division standards, eligible students attending their designated school may be able to apply for yellow bus service.
